Refund Policy

Physical Goods Sold: Products sold and shipped hold a 14-day return policy. All products that have been shipped must be returned in their original packaging. All products not returned in their original packaging will have a 50% restocking fee added to the refund.

Digital Goods Sold: Products are sold here as a digital download; no refunds are allowed. The only exception would be if the design is somehow defective. In that unlikely instance, Village Tackle Crafts will either correct the error in the design -or- provide a refund for the purchase price of the design.

Refunds will not be provided if the purchaser doesn't know how to utilize their design software and/or their laser software to make any needed edits to the design to fit their needs or materials.
