A front-load washer and matching dryer at 1:24 (half scale), sized for room boxes, dollhouses and dioramas. Each one is a little finger-jointed cabinet with a raised door ring, a drum that shows through the round window, and scored controls, kick plate and back hook-ups. Both fit on one 10 x 10 in board with room to spare.

You'll need

• A laser cutter with at least a 10 x 10 in work area
• 2.7 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm plywood
• Wood glue, fine sandpaper, acrylic paints

Laser-friendly files

Black = cut, blue = score. Part labels are single-line lettering on the score layer, so they mark in the same quick pass - no engraving.
