Lighted Lighthouse Ornament - Boxed Wood Kit

Build a striped lighthouse with a keeper's cottage that glows - 20 laser-cut wood pieces, an LED tea light and a step-by-step booklet in the box.

Everything you need to build a little red-and-white lighthouse that lights up - the LED tea light is in the box. The pieces come laser-cut and ready to push out: a striped tower with a door and arched windows, a gallery deck with a railing, a four-sided lantern room, a stepped three-tier dome and a keeper's cottage beside it. The tea light drops in from the top into a round hole in the base before the tower goes on, and glows through the tower windows and up into the lantern room. Its switch faces down through the hole, so you can turn it on without taking it apart, and the tower lifts off the base to change the battery. Every piece locks together with tabs and slots, so no glue is needed (a drop makes it permanent). The cottage roof has a banner ready for a name and year - paint one on to make it a keepsake. It's made to sit on a shelf, mantel or windowsill; it can hang from its ribbon too, with a slight lean toward the cottage.
