A 1:12 laundry room shadow box. The outer box is square, but the inside walls angle in toward the back so the room looks deeper than it is. Inside: a front-load washer and dryer, a utility sink with a real recessed basin, a wall shelf with detergent, baskets, towels, a clothes rod with shirts, an ironing board and an engraved LAUNDRY sign. Two keyholes in the back let it hang on the wall, or it stands on a shelf.

You'll need

• A laser cutter with at least a 10 x 10 in work area
• 2.7 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm plywood
• Wood glue, fine sandpaper, acrylic paints

Laser-friendly files

Black = cut, blue = score. Part labels are single-line lettering on the score layer, so they mark in the same quick pass - no engraving.
