A 1:12 fly tier's den in a shadow box: knotty-pine walls, a plank floor and a lake view through the window. At the tying bench sit a vise, lamp, thread spools, feather jar and fly box; four fly rods stand in a rack locked into the wall, with waders, boots, tackle boxes, a creel and a braided rug. The same square box as our Laundry Room, with inside walls that angle in for extra depth, two keyholes for hanging, and an engraved VILLAGE TACKLE sign.

You'll need

• A laser cutter with at least a 10 x 10 in work area
• 2.7 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm plywood
• Wood glue, fine sandpaper, acrylic paints

Laser-friendly files

Black = cut, blue = score. Part labels are single-line lettering on the score layer, so they mark in the same quick pass - no engraving.
